About the SecureMaine Conference
This full day conference covers information security issues as they relate to technology, governance, and architecture, and finishes with a roundtable discussion featuring prominent practitioners in the information, security, and privacy spheres (CISO/CIO/CIPOs). The SecureMaine Conference content includes both cybersecurity and physical security.
Agenda Goals & Highlights:
Constituents attending this event will include individuals and organizations looking to improve their cybersecurity, physical security, and privacy protection. Attendees are likely to come from New England, mostly from Maine and nearby states. The SecureMaine conference began as a collaboration between five inaugural non-profit professional bodies investing their time and resources in the importance of this event to their members in Maine and nearby states. The event will satisfy continuing education credits (CEUs) for related topics -- usually for 8 units. Collaborators are invited back each year to re-invest in this mutual endeavor. The conference provides refreshment, lunch, and parking, which are all included in the attendance fee/donation. And SecureMaine is affordable! Thanks to our volunteers, collaborator resources, and generous sponsors, Advance Attendee pass rate is projected to be just $40 for 2026! Organizers expect 260 attendees and 30 sponsor tables. In addition, we expect strong interest from cybersecurity consultants and students so attendees and sponsors can connect with Maine's business-to-business infrastructure, as well as future security workforce. SecureMaine is grateful for our Sponsors who help us offer this event for a modest attendance fee!
